TEST AND EVALUATION
SASI supports U.S. Government test and evaluation programs in the areas
of
anti-ship cruise missile defense, theater ballistic missile defense,
and
Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence (C4I). SASI
conducts proliferation analyses and technical assessments of foreign
systems
against DoD System Threat Assessment Reports (STARs) and Test and
Evaluation
Master Plan (TEMP) requirements. SASI served as a technical interface
with
foreign government agencies, OEMs, and technical institutes for the
development of Summary Statements of Intent (SSOIs), technical data
exchanges, engineering and production coordination, and determination
of
foreign policies and procedures for exporting military equipment to the
U.S.
for test and evaluation.
We have provided documentation, analyses, and data repository
development in
support of U.S.Theater Ballistic Missile Defense (TBMD) initiatives,
including AEGIS and Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) programs.
SASI
developed test scenario recommendations and provided event planning
support
to prepare real world threat antiship cruise missiles to be employed
against
manned U.S. Naval combatants in a "range safe" environment.
SASI has developed and implemented Equipment Acceptance Test Plans
(EAPs) to
verify the operability and functionality of system hardware and
software to
be integrated into an international tactical intelligence system under
the
auspices of ASD-C31, C4I Integration Support Activity, International
Architectures Division.
